Ensuring Chart’s Success…

This role directs and monitors all financial activities for the HTS Cryo Division made up of multiple entities totaling $550MM+ of annual revenue.  A sizeable part of the business is driven primarily by percentage of complete (POC) accounting and execution.   Multiple manufacturing and office sites fall under the responsibility of this role.  

This role is responsible for providing financial leadership to support the HTS Cryo leadership team in strategic, operational and budget achievement.  The individual will also support business development opportunities.

Developing a strong business focused finance team that will provide support and guidance to the HTS Cryo business management will be a critical deliverable in order to make sound financial decisions with strong controls and accurate reporting.

What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be…

• Financial leadership to the HTS Cryo Finance team
• Analyzing and reporting on financial performance,
• Consolidated Divisional Budgeting & forecasting
• Strategic planning and implementation of strategies with the Division leadership team,
• Establishing a sound internal control system with proper testing and audits
• Liquidity management.

Your Education Should Be…

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Master’s degree and/or CPA preferred.

Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…

• You will be based in The Woodlands, TX location
• There may be some requirement for travel < 20%

Your Professional Experience Should Be…

• A minimum of 8+ years in senior finance position
• Experience in a manufacturing environment; which includes capacity planning and recovery hours.  Project accounting experience is preferred.
