The Bell Media team creates and delivers the best Canadian and international content across our digital media, television, radio, and out-of-home advertising platforms. Key Responsibilities
- Track production expenses & process invoices
- Manage Brand Partnership budgets, as projects arise
- On-Board New P/T Casual Hires – Background checks, Deal Memos, IT & Security
- Schedule and coordinate shared personnel across multiple productions
- Oversee a team of studio stagehands, set designer, make up artist & production scheduler
- Responsible for editor overhead budget
- Other duties as assigned
Critical Qualifications
- 2-5 years Production experience
- Post secondary education in Broadcasting or related field is an asset
- Knowledge of APSS, ARIBA, SAP & Media Pulse is an asset, as is basic knowledge about ACTRA
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience working to deadlines, multi-tasking and ability to prioritize projects is essential
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Excellent computer skills – Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
