Plan, execute and measure the delivery of Amway training sessions by *Assuring the proper execution of monthly training calendar *Preparing and delivering training sessions based on instructional design guidelines *Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to create training content based on expertise areas, proposing new ways to deliver training and engage audience. *Tracking attendance list and uploading to the training registration platform *Attending or leading effective train the trainers programs *Follow up training satisfaction rates and qualitative metrics with internal and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in training delivered implementation. * Planning for and delivering exceptional training and service on site at field and Amway training events
