Overview

 

Plan, execute and measure the delivery of Amway training sessions by

*Assuring the proper execution of monthly training calendar

*Preparing and delivering training sessions based on instructional design guidelines

*Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to create training content based on expertise areas, proposing new ways to deliver training and engage audience.

*Tracking attendance list and uploading to the training registration platform

*Attending or leading effective train the trainers programs

*Follow up training satisfaction rates and qualitative metrics with internal and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in training delivered implementation.

* Planning for and delivering exceptional training and service on site at field and Amway training events

  • Plan and assure proper execution and measure of Amway training sessions
  • Planning for and delivering exceptional training and service on training sessions
  • Support training programs in LGS strategy in order to increase ABO’s sustainability and profitability.
  • Define and implement the training calendar based on the general strategy.
  • Assure the message in the ABO platforms and work in strategy to work in partnership with leaders.
  • Quarterly reunions with LGS team to detect training necessities and analyze support in the key accounts based on LGS support plans.
  • Measure the learning and business KPIs after training.
  • Assure and track the training attendees.
  • Communicate the monthly training calendar with leaders, ABO’s and local Sales team.
  • Manage diffusion list to communicate and promote training sessions

 

  • Calendar Management for markets, conformed by:

*Training programs monthly frecuency.

*Assurance of Trainers certification in different categories

*Comunication with internal and external clients

 

  • Analysis of KPI’s after Training program, conformed by:

*Assurance of attendees in different sessions.

*Follow up for attendees after training sessions.

*Follow up for business KPI related to training attendees
