Orbital ATK is currently seeking an experienced Test Engineer to provide leadership to our Missile Products team in our Rocket Center, WV offices.

Role description & Responsibilities:

• Test Engineering support as part of integrated product teams (IPT’s) for high volume electronic/microwave assembly.
• Focus on SPC, yield improvement, test time reduction, and test data management.
• Product engineering liaison between factor and development, including: product transfers, improvements, re-design, and failure analysis.
• Test development, including: requirements analysis, planning, budgeting, tester design for digital/analog circuits and software, fabrication, software, validation, and development.
• Technical report writing, including: Creating & developing test plans, procedures, and reports.
• Provide technical and non-technical written and verbal communication to IPT and customers.

Required Experience:

• Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering
• 2 years of experience in manufacturing for Electronic Assembly
• Experience in automated test/tester design
• Ability to obtain DoD secret clearance
• LabView programming experience

Preferred Experience:

• In-circuit board level test; Agilent/Keysight 3070x, Flying Probe
• RF/Microwave measurement and/or design
• Current or previous DoD security clearance
• Assembly process or SPC data management
• Technical report writing
