Your impact

  • Execute and coordinate daily inventory control activities to ensure alignment between physical stock and SAP records, following established procedures to maintain material availability and accuracy targets.
  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of a work team by assigning tasks, monitoring progress and ensuring compliance with procedures, safety standards, and performance expectations.
  • Plan and execute cycle counts and physical inventories, investigate discrepancies through structured analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions within defined processes.
  • Oversee execution of warehouse operations including material handling, storage, identification, and stock rotation, ensuring accurate SAP transactions and compliance with traceability and process standards.
  • Monitor key inventory and warehouse KPIs, maintain routine reports, and provide basic analysis to support daily operational decision-making and issue escalation when needed.

 

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing or coordinating small teams.
  • Experience with SAP for inventory transactions, stock reconciliation, and warehouse process control. 
  • Experience implementing and tracking KPIs, cycle count programs, and inventory accuracy improvement initiatives. 
  • Intermediate-Advanced English.
