Salary Range:                  $100,534-$130,103 per year plus an annual bonus for MI, WA, CO, IL, TX, FL, NC, NJ

                                                 $108,584-$140,521 per year plus an annual bonus for CA and Washington D.C

                                              $114,623-$148,336 per year plus an annual bonus for NY

Location:                            Ada, MI (Hybrid- Tues/Wed/Thurs in office) or remote from CA, WA, CO, IL, GA, TX, FL, NY, NC, NJ or Washington D.C.

 

What We’re Looking For:

The Bonus Payments product team is seeking a Senior Tech System Analyst to assist in the design, development, and support of an Independent Business Owner (IBO) Incentive and payment application to be used across Amway North America.

 

In this role you will be responsible for leading the team to ensure stability of the Bonus Payments platform. We are practicing Agile and Product Management methodologies for delivering results. This environment promotes frequent collaboration with your teammates. You will be doing mainly business process and system process analysis. You’ll work to build out the product modernization roadmap and help the team migrate to global future state platforms while continuing a level of excellence maintaining our legacy solutions.

 

You will be partner with stakeholders in our sales, legal and finance teams, learning the business and sales plan requirements. You’ll partner with other developers to increase their knowledge of existing business processes, and document existing business requirements and the acceptance criteria to meet business needs. You will act as the focal point for resolution of design issues and gaps in the solution. You will participate in solution governance process testing and approval of solution changes and enhancements.

 

You are expected to manage the day-to-day functional design for Bonus Payment solution process within the ANA Ecosystem ensuring strategic fit with the future direction of the business. You will participate in meetings, discussions, strategy sessions where changes, improvements, and enhancements are proposed, evaluated, and approved. You will be also actively engaged with business partners, product managers and partner systems to clarify and define their business needs and translate those needs into technology solutions. To assist you in doing all of this, you will be given access to all the necessary and common development and collaboration tools.

 

Required qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 years’ experience analyzing and understanding user stories to design solutions that will be implemented using globalized systems based on individual market and global needs
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience working on and navigating AS400 based systems
  • Minimum 2 years’ working in Multi-Level Marketing (MLM), Bonus Calculation Processes
  • Experience with providing hyper-care support for deployed solution which includes but not limited to troubleshooting, incidents, performance testing, end user error and ongoing regular maintenance support
  • Demonstrated experience with Oracle database or SQL
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Systems, Technology or Business
  • Requirements Management Solutions, JIRA, or other Agile software

 

Skills to be successful in the role:

  • Have a strong ability to document technical and business processes, constantly looking for improvements along the way
  • Have experience working with third party payment systems, such as Hyperwallet
  • Has a strong understanding of a MLM Sales Structure
  • You have ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • You have deep understanding of agile project management methodologies, excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a highly iterative, agile, and open team environment
  • You enjoy communicating and working with others on defining business needs
  • Desire to learn new technologies, approaches, and solve business problems
  • Ability to be innovative and think strategically
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

This delivery team is part of a larger team of software developers and systems analysts with a mix of both internal employees and outside industry experts. This team thrives on collaboration and working together to create the best solutions possible to support our IBOs across the North America. This team is a self-managed, hardworking group of high achievers that has been working very closely with the regional initiative across the globe providing all IBO Incentive capabilities. This role reports up through the Manager of Engineering 3rd Party Sales & Bonus Payment.
