What you’ll do

  • Creates, defines, evolves and transforms vision/strategy into product roadmap; provides guidance on backlog prioritization
  • Partners with functional leaders, L5+ to develop capabilities that meet business and customers’ needs onward for the future
  • Develops “go to market” strategy for the technology product that is in alignment with business strategy and challenges the status quo
  • Manages stakeholder communications and engagements to ensure product is aligned with interdependent groups (e.g. other products, functions); manages internal stakeholders to protect product-level alignment
  • Gains and maintains an expert-level understanding of iCargo and its interactions with other systems, including impacts to Cargo and the business
  • Initiates, completes, and presents analysis recommendations and strategies to Cargo management and IBS/IBS community (other airlines using the platform)
  • Builds, manages, and leverages the relationships within Cargo, Cargo IT, IBS, and the IBS community and any and all groups impacted by product
  • Manages, maintains, and updates all Cargo business process flows; including serving as the main steward of periodic reviews and auditing of all process flows for all business areas

All you’ll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training
  • 3+ years of work experience as a Business Analyst and/or Product Owner

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Related subject area expert or other related experience
  • Previous Accounting Experience
  • LUMA Practitioner

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and SharePoint
