Required Knowledge & Skills:

  • Data Analysis & Decision-Making: Competence in interpreting sales data, KPIs, and performance metrics to inform strategy.
  • Communication & Presentation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to ABOs and internal teams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with multiple internal departments to align strategy and support field execution.
  • Problem-Solving & Innovation: Ability to identify root causes of business challenges and propose creative, scalable solutions.
  • Technology & Systems Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems, reporting tools, and digital platforms used in field sales management.

 

Related Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in sales, business consulting, or field operations, preferably in direct selling, FMCG, or retail industries.
  • Proven track record of managing large portfolios of key accounts or leaders, with demonstrated results in business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Experience coaching or mentoring business owners, sales teams, or leaders to achieve performance and leadership objectives.
  • Hands-on experience in implementing national/regional sales strategies at the local field level.
  • Familiarity with territory management, incentive program tracking, and performance measurement.
  • Prior involvement in cross-functional projects, business activations, or capability-building initiatives is highly desirable.
