About the role:

Responsible for developing, delivering, and measuring field-based sales and marketing programs, including, but not limited to sales technique training, sales and marketing co-sponsored programs, product launches, market development and field personnel development. Collaborates with Area Directors and Regional Mangers to provide sales training and ensure the objectives for field representatives are met. Coordinates coaching and development opportunities with Area Director and Regional Managers Works with field representatives to identify and evaluate training opportunities.  Plans program(s) design and support documentation.

  • Coaches and develops organizational talent.

  • Develops and executes organizational and operational policies that affect one or more groups by utilizing technical/professional knowledge and skills.
  • Monitors compliance with company policies and procedures (e.g. compliance with FDA, BSI, EEO regulations, etc.).
  • Makes decisions regarding work processes or operational plans and schedules in order to achieve department objectives.
     

What we’re looking for:

  • Basic Qualifications
  • BA/BS in business discipline or equivalent work experience required
  • Minimum 3 years sales experience; 2yrs in medical markets
  • Minimum 4 years field training or training experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels within the organization and with outside vendors/consultants
  • Must live in the Northeast / Driving distance to Marlborough
  • Minimum in Marlborough EOW
