  • Salary Range for Reliability Lead from $76,616 to $114,923 / year

  

 

At our Cascades in Scarborough, ON you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Containerboard Packaging division of our team as the Reliability Lead:

 

  • Develop and implement standardized processes and tools for effective handling of defects, ensuring proper execution.
  • Oversee and follow up with operators to ensure proper handling of defects, and support in problem-solving to prevent breakdowns.
  • Define and execute standards for Breakdown Elimination (BDE), presenting breakdown status regularly at team meetings.
  • Monitor repair paths, determine planned maintenance needs, and prioritize/schedule maintenance activities while maintaining constant communication with the maintenance department for area priorities.

  • Proficient in maintenance processes, showcasing analytical skills, organizational abilities, and an inclination towards Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) including defect identification/fixing, completion rates of work orders, downtime events frequency/duration, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), employee engagement through Pulse check surveys, and other KPIs aligned with Lean Production System (LPS) principles.
