AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of Product Performance Manager, Digital.

The purpose and scope of the Product Performance Manager, Digital (Offboard) is to lead development of support structure for all ONEDigital products developed by AGCO IT team and rolled out by DTO (Digital Transformation Office). The position is directly responsible and accountable for meeting or exceeding product launch requirements and monitoring product support metrics to ensure Best in Class Customer Experience. The Manager will collaborate with stakeholders from Customer Support Organization, Product IT Organization, Digital Transformation Office Organization and Business teams to resolve customer issues and improve Digital Offboard Product.

This position must be self-directed and able to envision customer support process improvements that result in the overall advancement of Product Performance KPI metrics (KPIs include but not limited to SLAs for First Response Time and Resolution Time) on an annual basis. This position must be able to bring to fruition envisioned improvements by gaining acceptance and concurrence from associated Global organizations, using influential skill and discipline as necessary.

Significant effort and time commitment is required for building and sustaining strong working relationships across the regions, brands, and internal stakeholders. Strong ambassadorial skills and mindset are required to create a sustainable and effective working relationship to ensure the Manager is effective in the execution of the role.

 

Your Impact

  •  Act as The Subject Matter Expert for assigned products.
  • Assist first level support team in increasing product knowledge, creation of troubleshooting guides, escalation to stakeholders for problem resolution.
  • Work as liaison between back office team, solution development team, product manager and vendor as necessary to prioritize and resolve issues.
  • Own communication of current product issues and resolution status to the markets.
  • Partner with NPI Lead to identify improvements in new product and ensure Product Launch Readiness for future product launches.
  • Participate in Product Stakeholder Meetings to present Product Performance KPIs.
  • As needed, work as back up for back office team in answering dealer & customer requests.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Training teams to bridge training gaps for AGCO dealers & act as Train-The-Trainer for Customer Support Team.
  • Drive NPS (Net Promoter Score) survey feedback findings to resolution to ensure that negative customer feedback is addressed.
  • KPIs – Product Launch Readiness, Time to Respond, Time to Resolve
  • Travel Required – Yes (Up to 20%)

 

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • Must have experience in supporting IT Business Solutions & Operations, overall 8-12yrs of experience.
  • Strong experience in Agile Development of Digital Solutions.
  • Must have at least 5 years of experience implementing/supporting IT Business Solution & Support.
  • Ability to negotiate and work with diverse cross functional teams to drive business deliverables.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
