Overview
- The internship will offer him an opportunity to work with the Steel PLM team in collaboration with other functions to understand steel products.
- Assist with customer communications and service for improved sales. Include decision makers such as A&E firms, Turf vendors, and Distributors.
- Pair with consultant Doug Brooks to identify key architectural & engineering A&E contacts.
- Use AI to generate A&E contact profiles to determine how to get them to use CommScope products. Define what features or needs drive them to buy product.
- Pair with R&D to create plans for approaching A&E teams, Turf/Installation teams, in collaboration with PLM & sales.
- Support the build of an AI platform to help find Product information quickly for customers whether A&E’s, Turfs, Distributors, or Top telecom firms (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile).
- Identify tools that can be implemented by the CommScope team. Train CommScope R&D/PLM employees.
