About the role

We are now recruiting for a Procurement Analyst to join our Procurement team. Based in our Adelaide office in the heart of the CBD, you will be working as part of a tight-knit team to support the delivery of procurement activities across the organisation. 
This opportunity is full-time and permanent. 

Key responsibilities include:

•    Supporting the implementation of effective procurement practices within the Australian Operations, with the objective of meeting business requirements for assurance of supply, quality, service, cost and innovation and regulatory compliance
•    In collaboration with internal stakeholders, the role will be responsible for the provision of robust analytics to support the procurement decision making process of goods/services, strategy development and negotiation strategies in implementing supply agreements
•    Improve systems and processes to deliver greater efficiency and effectiveness of service for Accolade Wines and its customers
•    Support procurement in preparing, with the support of the Legal team, contracts, tenders and service level agreements (SLAs)
•    Maintaining catalogue pricing and assisting with the preparation of annual procurement budget files.
•    Assist in gathering data to monitor performance of suppliers for supplier management reviews 
•    Raising of ad-hoc purchase orders and resolving supplier invoice price variances with Accounts Payable
