We are now hiring aKey Account Manager to join our high performing On Premise team. Reporting into our National Account Manager, the primary purpose of this role is to expand on current business & secure new business in the On-Premise channel with a particular focus on state clubs, pub & restaurant groups, state caterers and stadia.
Based in our Sydney office, this role will be a mix of on the road and office-based work.
This role is full-time and permanent.
Your Key Accountabilities
Implement On-Premise strategy for Accolade Wines with a focus on external and internal customers
Drive profitable growth and achieve performance targets by securing incremental business from major clubs, pub groups, restaurant groups, and non-traditional sales opportunities
Identify and implement opportunities for growth in existing account groups
Develop comprehensive business solutions, including activation plans, to secure new business and grow existing business
Manage trade spend and partnerships in accordance with business guidelines
Share and gain support from key customers for company strategies and plans
Present compelling On-Premise proposals to secure new business and build customer relationships
Conduct business reviews, provide staff training, and engage in business analytics to identify risks, opportunities, and competitor insights
Knowledge and Skills
A preferred candidate will demonstrate exceptional planning, communication and customer relationships.
3+ Years’ experience in On Premise or liquor sales
Demonstrated understanding of On Premise or liquor sales, category and insights
Strong analytical skillset, with advanced capabilities in Microsoft Office
Proven ability to develop commercial relationships and meet sales targets
Proven ability to develop sound commercial relationships
Demonstrated ability for sound reasoning and turning plans into actuality
