Role Details


We are now hiring a Key Account Manager to join our high performing On Premise team. Reporting into our National Account Manager, the primary purpose of this role is to expand on current business & secure new business in the On-Premise channel with a particular focus on state clubs, pub & restaurant groups, state caterers and stadia.


Based in our Sydney office, this role will be a mix of on the road and office-based work.


This role is full-time and permanent.

Your Key Accountabilities


  • Implement On-Premise strategy for Accolade Wines with a focus on external and internal customers
  • Drive profitable growth and achieve performance targets by securing incremental business from major clubs, pub groups, restaurant groups, and non-traditional sales opportunities
  • Identify and implement opportunities for growth in existing account groups
  • Develop comprehensive business solutions, including activation plans, to secure new business and grow existing business
  • Manage trade spend and partnerships in accordance with business guidelines
  • Share and gain support from key customers for company strategies and plans
  • Present compelling On-Premise proposals to secure new business and build customer relationships
  • Conduct business reviews, provide staff training, and engage in business analytics to identify risks, opportunities, and competitor insights

Knowledge and Skills


A preferred candidate will demonstrate exceptional planning, communication and customer relationships.


  • 3+ Years’ experience in On Premise or liquor sales
  • Demonstrated understanding of On Premise or liquor sales, category and insights
  • Strong analytical skillset, with advanced capabilities in Microsoft Office
  • Proven ability to develop commercial relationships and meet sales targets
  • Proven ability to develop sound commercial relationships
  • Demonstrated ability for sound reasoning and turning plans into actuality
