Role Details

Report to the Head of HR Operations. 

Your Key Accountabilities

•    Lead the enablement of] the reward and recognition pillar, that being Celebrating You, across the global business, managing the reward platform, programs’ criteria, global budget, nominations assessments, award ceremonies, engagement reports and analytics, member’s updates and requests.
•    Lead the Merit Review preparation process, by revising and updating role and salary benchmark for all company roles, providing the relevant job codes, developing relativity matrix, calculating compa-ratio, budget analysis and proposed salary increases per division, as well as upskilling HR Business Partners to conduct merit review meetings with people leaders.
•    Develop comprehensive, competitive and justifiable remuneration models and incentive schemes that support attraction and retention.
•    Development of benefits packages with regional specific nuances to support attraction and retention strategy.
•    Conduct market salary surveys and manage the outcomes by working on total remuneration and reward data templates from several providers, studying the methodology, approach and results to apply salary comparisons, elaborate analysis and statistics, calculate deviation, impact and organisational positioning (compa-ratio), in order to propose the best remuneration strategy for market alignment.
•    Own the benchmarking of salaries, applying global and external analysis, calculating currency exchange rates and economic indicators per country, gender gap analysis and peer’s comparison, providing specialised advice to HR Business Partners, in order to ensure an unbiased process of internal and external salary equity.

Other Accountabilities Include

•    Lead the completion and submission of industry data and government report requirements e.g. WGEA and UK gender report.

•    Provide remuneration information, financial modelling, analytics and reports to people leaders and ELT as required.
•    Leverage data to create and implement data-driven people and culture strategies that will drive organisational performance and staff engagement.
•    Collaborate with the Heads of HR and HR Business Partners to enable a feedback and recognition culture through our annual Performance Cycle.
•    Managing remuneration, benefits and rewards provider, by negotiating and implementing client’s agreement, managing budget and invoices, mediating employee’s requests and business needs.

Essential Qualifications

•    Over 5 years’ experience as Rem&Ben Specialist. 
•    Solid expertise in implementing and managing remuneration, policy, systems and frameworks in global companies.  
•    Excellent stakeholder management skills.
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•    Sound experience in using data analytics
•    Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or relevant field.
•    Specialisation in Remuneration management.
•    Expert ability in Excel. 
•    Strong critical thinking, problem solving and coaching skills. 

 

Physical and Other Requirements

Woking with mix of home and office based hybrid working environment.  
Two to three days in office per week
