About the role

We’re seeking a high impact Finance Manager – Financial Reporting, Planning & Analysis who will play a key role in driving global financial planning and performance across Corporate Services. The role leads forecasting processes, including the annual budget and strategic planning, delivering accurate reporting and insightful analysis.

This position works closely with senior leaders, ELT members, the CFO and the Head of FP&A. The role provides clear, actionable insights to support decision-making, performance outcomes and effective cost management across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Deliver timely and accurate monthly management reporting, including clear performance insights.
  • Coordinate and consolidate internal and external reporting (flash reports, monthly results, ELT packs, weekly reports and board papers).
  • Support global budgeting and forecasting processes, including reviewing assumptions, consolidating inputs and delivering high-quality analysis.
  • Respond to ad-hoc information requests across the business, providing accurate and insightful analysis.
  • Support & partner with Corporate Services to track, monitor and report on SG&A performance, ensuring strong stakeholder alignment.
  • Contribute to the development and ongoing enhancement of SG&A cost frameworks, driving consistency, transparency and cost discipline.
  • Analyse financial trends, risks and opportunities to support performance discussions and decision-making with senior stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or related discipline (essential)
  • CA / CPA qualification (required).
  • 10 years’ experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Corporate Finance or related roles.
  • Experience in global or matrix organisations desirable.
  • Strong financial analysis, modelling, budgeting and forecasting capability.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with planning/reporting tools.
