Provide support in defining process and procedures for Fiber Engineering tasks. Responsible for analysis, implementation & enhancement. Provides high quality deliverables in a cost-effective and timely manner

What will your job look like?

1. Monitoring the team performance, analyzing monthly to Quarterly functional metrices.
2. Provide input to Fiber Engineering Manager regarding Out-Side Plant (OSP) projects progress: resource needs, costs, milestones, challenges, and risks.
3. Provides high quality delivery of all assigned tasks within the required timeline.
4. Team motivation and new idea generation to improve team quality and efficiency.

All you need is…

1. 7-9 years of of Experience in Fiber (OSP/ISP) network through work on at least one of the following areas: design, drafting, permitting, traffic control plan, pole load analysis, JPA
2. Experience working tools: Aramis, AutoCad, QGIS, ArcGIS, Waldo, Osmose O-calc
3. Proficient in MS tools (Word, Excel Power Point, Outlook, Teams etc.) which is used in day-to-day work.
