What will your job look like?

Key Responsibilities

• Product type: RF Design and Cell Site Integration process automations and AI introduction into the process for improving the quality and efficiency.
• Customer: US Tier 1 carriers
• Technology: 5G RAN
• Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and goals
• Align product direction with business objectives and customer needs
• Continuously refine strategy based on market trends and feedback

2. Product Backlog Management

• Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog
• Ensure the team is working on the highest-value features
• Define user stories and acceptance criteria for development

3. Stakeholder Collaboration

• Act as the “voice of the customer”
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback
• Balance competing priorities while ensuring alignment

4. Agile Execution & Delivery

• Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Reviews, etc.)
• Provide clarification and guidance to development teams
• Monitor product progress and ensure delivery meets quality expectations

5. Product Performance & Continuous Improvement

• Review completed work and accept/reject deliverables
• Track performance metrics and user feedback
• Continuously iterate to improve product value and outcomes

All you need is…

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding or Nokia and Ericsson RAN equipment
• Experience and Strong understanding of various tools and processes used by US Tier1 carriers
• Experience and strong understanding of RF design and Site Integration tasks like RFDS, CIQ & Scripting, E911 provisioning, BOM, RTT & SON modules
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to prioritize and make data-driven decisions
• Basic technical understanding to collaborate with development teams

Qualifications (Typical)

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience in product management, business analysis, or Agile delivery roles
• Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) are often preferred
