What will your job look like?

  • You will be responsible for Compliance and Employee Relations for India and APAC region. 
  • You will identify the risk associated with HR department and share the mitigation plan, review the policies and processes periodically and update as and when required.
  • Closely work with the stake holders and provide advice as and when needed.  
  • You will be responsible for all Project Management areas: Scope, Timelines, Cost, Quality, Scope Changes , Communication, Risk, Procurement and Integration
  • You will deliver defined project outcomes on time, within budget and with a high level of quality.
  • You will develop the project’s Scope of Work, and will be accountable for building and maintaining an ongoing Project Management Plan.
  • You will build and manage an effective and engaged multi-disciplinary project team and processes to ensure efficient project delivery, usually in a matrix manner.
  • You will be responsible for the management of the project’s resources (Amdocs, clients, sub contractors), ensuring that budget and scheduling constraints are adhered to.
  • You will be responsible to align the project with the overall Unit roadmap, constraints and plans. Working with product for prioritizing tasks and resolves issues/conflicts.
  • You will lead and facilitate the project risk management process and will be responsible for on-going status and progress reporting.
  • You will be responsible for the overall project plan building including ongoing scope and plans changes
  • You will be responsible for all communications and will manage relationships with other project stakeholders
  • You will oversee and track the releases and project’s closure, integrating all relevant components  (e.g., lesson learned, KPIs…).

All you need is…

  • Qualification in legal studies with 15-20 years of experience in handling Employment law, Compliance related to HR domain and at least 10 years of hands-on experience in handling Employee Relations, Investigations, Inspections, and handling court proceedings. 
  • You also shall possess knowledge of domestic enquiry, PoSH, Code of Conduct and Business Ethics, and Training.
  • Experience in the relevant domain and general knowledge in relevant areas.
  • Managerial experience (direct or matrix).
  • In-depth applied knowledge of standard program/project management concepts, practices, and procedures.
