Overview
Responsibilities
- Conduct health assessments and accurate analysis to provide customers with advice on achieving optimal health
- Establish and maintain good customer relations with customers
- Responsible for adhering to SOPs to ensure that smooth operations at the experience centre
- Maintain high level of hygiene at the consultation area includes the counters, equipment and displays at all time
- Conduct nutrition presentation / sharing session / talk
- Manage booking system and online
- Attend to distributors enquiries (walk-in, telephone, helpdesk)
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in food and nutrition
- At least 2 years’ relevant experience
- High level of initiative and passion to work
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with customers
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Pleasant personality and customer-oriented
