In one sentence

The Customer Engagement Manager (CEM) is responsible for managing the overall successful implementation of customer-facing activities to fulfil the requirements of customer agreements.

What will your job look like?
  • Provide leadership for all client engagement activities for specific client(s)
  • Provide on-going management and coordination of all program activities
  • Meets specific EBIT targets to financial success of the program
  • Identify additional business opportunities as they arise and align with the Account Director to create them into wins.
  • Work closely with clients, partners and internal resources to ensure successful delivery of the client solution
  • Release Management, Program Management, Requirement Management, Post Production support
All you need is…
  • Management experience or above (ideally in telco industry)
  • Experience in customer facing roles, including senior level, for at least 2 years
  • Experienced with services offering and not just product offering
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills in English
  • Demonstrated client relationship management skills
  • Ability to interact at all levels with customers and vendors
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and work independently with minimal direction
  • Commercial acumen
  • Supporting sales activities and leading small sales initiatives
  • Ability to work onsite (Birmingham) from Tuesday – Thursday every week
