Position Summary:

 

Are you passionate about contributing to the growth of a highly innovative team? We’re in search of an accomplished Engagement Manager to spearhead the success and continued expansion of our existing SMB account base at Bentley Systems.

In this role, you will have over three years’ experience leading a team dedicated to guiding users through their buyer journey, cultivating lasting relationships, and transforming them into trusted advocates. Through a tech-touch-oriented approach, you’ll directly engage with our users, ensuring they receive timely value as they progress through their Bentley journey, fostering both user growth and goal achievement while fortifying our connections.

 

Your Day-to-Day:

 

  • Able to see the big picture. Formulate ambitious plans and goals, establishing scalable programs and processes while operating at the highest level on a daily basis.
  • Develop a team culture that thrives on original ideas, innovative approaches, and adaptable solutions within a competitive and dynamic business landscape.
  • Demonstrate an intimate understanding of User Journey Mapping and Optimization, driving change across departments to enhance our users’ experience.

  • Strategic Expertise: Proven experience in conceiving, developing, and executing strategies from conceptualization to completion.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Demonstrated ability to present metrics and progress towards goals to diverse stakeholders.
  • Customer Retention Mastery: Track record of building, executing, and scaling cross-functional strategies for customer retention.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Utilize data and metrics to measure impact and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Strategic Agility: Ability to seamlessly transition from high-level strategic thinking to meticulous execution auditing.
  • Effective Communication: Exceptional communication skills to drive recommendations, articulate trade-offs, and convey plans to relevant stakeholders.
  • Precision in Writing: Craft clear and compelling messages, employing data to support assertions while inspiring innovative thoughts and solutions.
  • Project Management: Skillful in juggling a diverse range of projects across teams, maintaining a balance between quality and speed.
  • Cross-Channel Collaboration: Proficient in working across various Bentley channels to establish and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
