  • ​This job is a member of the Facility Operations Team, within the Corporate Real Estate Department.
  • ​Responsible for managing Business Resumption Command Center (BRCC) Operational Administration, Lead Environmental Coordinator, and Vehicle Inventory/Registrations/Sales. This job will also oversee and coordinate facilities vendor contracts.

 

What you’ll do

 

  • Manages Business Resumption Command Center (BRCC) facility maintenance operations
  • Manages Skyview Campus Service Vendor Contracts by initiating bids as needed, including price negotiations, and seeking approvals for new/updated contracts.
  • Schedules Campus preventative maintenance inspections
  • Serves as the Skyview Campus Lead Environmental Coordinator
  • Assists facility maintenance department with Skyview Campus projects as needed and assigned by coordination and oversight
  • Performs setup for electronic payments as well as processing invoices
  • Flexibility to work in a 24/7 operational environment, requiring evening/night/weekend schedules
  • Ability to work on rotation as on-call Manager on Duty for after-hours/weekend concerns
  • On-call 1 weeks for every 6 weeks for evening and weekend emergencies
  • On-site after-hours maintenance supervision, as needed

 

All you’ll need for success

 

Minimum Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience

  • ​High School diploma or GED Equivalency
 

Preferred Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience

  • ​Facilities maintenance experience including prior electrical, mechanical, and plumbing
  • EPA/TCEQ environmental commercial/industrial site management

 

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • Knowledge of computer skills to include Excel and Database
  • Strong problem solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to self-manage
