Position Summary:

 

We are looking for a talented colleague with exceptional analytical and strong communication skills to join our Sales Planning & Accountability team as an Associate Financial Analyst for our Dublin office.

 

The Associate Financial Analyst role is responsible for overseeing sales commission calculation, tracking, and payout processes for a defined sales region. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate and timely compensation for sales colleagues and other employees involved in commission – based compensation plans. The Finance Analyst collaborates closely with various teams, including sales, finance, and human resources to maintain efficient commission operations.

 

Your Day-to-Day:

 

  • Standardize and maintain compensation calculations in collaboration with sales leadership and finance.
  • Ensure compensation – related policies, procedures, and guidelines are documented, communicated, and adhered to by all stakeholders.
  • Respond to sales colleagues’ inquiries regarding their incentive results.
  • Accurately calculate monthly sales colleagues Incentive payments based on predefined rules and metrics.
  • Review results with Sales Executives/Leadership
  • Interacting with Sales colleagues, Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, Human Resources, Finance Operations

 

What You Bring to The Team:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training or work experience
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Experience with MS Access a bonus
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven numeracy and literacy skills
  • Detail-orientated and highly organized, with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work self-directed and independently, with excellent time management.
  • Be a team player.
