Greenpac Mill is looking for an Asset Coordinator on the maintenance team.  The role’s main focus is to coordinate and/or perform various activities that will mitigate safety related risks across the mill.  As part of the maintenance team, the role will have accountability for additional maintenance tasks as outlined in the responsibilities below. 

 

 

 

  • Salary range for Asset Coordinator  from $25 – $35 depending on qualifications.

Develop your talents by applying your expertise within our facility in Niagara Falls, as the Asset Coordinator :

 

  • Regularly checking fire equipment to make sure it’s functioning properly.
  • Ensure hot work permit provisions are followed through to the end.
  • Coordinate safety training for all contactors coming on site. 
  • Monitor adherence to LOTO procedures during Mill shutdowns.
  • Plan and organize repairs performed on buildings in SAP.
  • Oversee building contracts and service work, process and contract out repair requests.
  • Works with other contractors visiting/working on-site.  
  • Serve as primary contact for FM Global and Davis Ulmer.

  • Must have strong computer skills.
  • Minimum of 1 year admin/auditing and inspection experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience with safety related training and inspections
  • Minimum of 1 year of Contractor/vendor management
  • Demonstrated knowledge of fire equipment
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to overcome ambiguous and complex situations
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Must have the ability to use hand tools and conduct general maintenance.
