What we are looking for:
The Aftersales Coordinator is AGCO’ representative responsible for the Parts & Service business, which includes business support and growth of the dealer’s aftersales business. He or She will work with AGCO dealers and internal functions to develop and sustain a profitable distribution network with industry leading Aftersales support and customer satisfaction. The Aftersales Coordinator will be responsible for parts sales and marketing programs, training dealer personnel on AGCO’ parts offerings, services, and processes. Metrics, such as absorption rate, inventory turns, revenue per FTE, technician efficiency, and etc., will be used by Aftersales Coordinator to guide AGCO dealers to grow their parts and service business, while leveraging best practices across dealers and districts.

Graduated in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related fields .
Experience with agricultural fields including technology, marketing or business
Preferred knowledge of agricultural or industrial equipment.
Experience in aftermarket parts or product support function OEM or dealership experience preferred
Ability to influence others Sales Negotiation
