Salary Range:                   $22.41- $29.01 per hour plus an annual bonus

What’s special about this role:

  • Accounts Receivable collection responsibility and past due account follow-up
  • Banking duties including initiating wire payments, account reconciliation support
  • Fixed asset accounting and management, including addition/disposal/depreciation/sale transactions, monthly reporting
  • Monthly tax activities, including excise and property taxes
  • Minor accounts payable duties as requested to support one-off payment processes
  • General ledger account reconciliations
  • Month-end general ledger journal entries related to payroll, job costing, accruals, cash, accounts receivable, inter-company, etc.
  • Regularly assess systems and identify areas for improvement.  Conduct research and coordinate projects to reduce cost and improve efficiencies.
  • Partners and provides necessary support detail to internal and external clients
  • Responsible for the adherence to and communication of applicable financial controls and policies
  • Provide additional reporting and analysis as needed, and other Finance/Accounting duties as assigned

 

Required qualifications:

  • Associate degree or higher in Finance, Accounting with 5+ years’ of relevant experience

  • Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel

  • Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
