We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior AEM Developer to join our dynamic technology team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions and Adobe Managed services(Adobe Launch, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics).

What will your job look like?

• Design and Development: Create robust, scalable, and efficient AEM applications.
• Implementation: Oversee the implementation of AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations.
• Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AEM solutions with other systems.
• Optimization: Enhance existing AEM implementations for better performance and user experience.
• Technical Leadership: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and guidance.
• Troubleshooting: Resolve complex issues and continuously improve digital platforms.
• Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Innovation: Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions.

All you need is…

Qualifications:

• Experience: Extensive 5+ years of experience in AEM development, including components, templates, workflows, and integrations and Adobe Manager services.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
• Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

• Front-End Development: Strong skills in modern frameworks like AngularJS or React.
• AEM Architecture: Deep understanding of AEM architecture and foundational concepts.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in AEM or related technologies.
