Job Responsibilities
- Lead in preparing reports and developing analysis relative to ABO/LOA tracking to include higher award, promotions, monthly qualifying, Sales Incentives & Core Plus tracking.
- Providing data analytics and insights in understanding internal ABO environment vs. market to support development of Plan/objectives to increase ABO successfulness.
- Leads and/or serving on cross functional teams focused on data analysis on qualifications on higher award, Core Plus & other Sales Incentives, i.e. Non-Cash Awards.
Job requirment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work with large datasets.
- Degree in Science Statistic Analytics, Mathematic or Business Adminstration related field.
- Related Experience of 3 – 5 years in related field.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Openness and able to communicate with people at all levels in an organization.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills in English & Mandarin.
- A positive attitude with a can-do spirit and resourcefulness to overcome conventional perceived challenges.
- Extensive administration, coordination, influencing, delegation and organizational skills
- Proficient problem-solving skills & ability to collaborate with internal team include Sales Account Managers & Business Rules/Conduct team.
- Experiences in Tableau, SQL coding, or other dashboard will be advantage.
