The Employment Practices Lead, manages end-to-end design, operationalization, and governance of one or more global employment practices, including holistic policies, processes and tools. 

The role also holds the knowledge and expertise in different employment domains, strategically shaping the cross global practices, adapting regional/local practices accordingly, and working with the regional teams to sense, guide and strategize the local workplace. 
 

All you need is…

  • Bachelor’s degree holder
  • 8+ years of demonstrable experience within HR various domains (C&B, recruitment, employment law, communication, etc.)
  • Managerial and people leadership experience
  • Operational & project management experience along with proven experience in a complex global company and matrix organization

1.    Strategy, Policy, Framework & Operational Development:
•    Design, develop, and maintain global HR policies, processes, guidelines, and frameworks.
•    Create dynamic infrastructure blueprints that can be seamlessly operationalized by the HR operation & services group, ensuring optimal employee experience at every lifecycle stage.
•    Ensure regional policies comply with local labor laws and regulations and are culturally aligned. Should include consultation with Legal team, where relevant/needed.
•    Draft and refine HR processes tailored to global & regional needs.
•    Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure processes are efficient and adaptable.

2.    Tools, Resource Creation:
•    Develop HR tools and resources to support regional teams.
•    Ensure tools are user-friendly, scalable, and aligned with Amdocs technology stack.

3.    Knowledge sharing:
•    Share best practices and updates with regional/local & business HR teams and Legal team.
•    Develop and oversee the rollout of training materials to ensure consistent understanding and application of HR frameworks.

4.    Continuous Improvement:
•    Review and assess the effectiveness of current HR practices regularly.
•    Seek feedback from regional/local HR teams, Legal team and business leaders to refine and adapt HR strategies.
•    Develop and maintain regional HR dashboards and reports.
•    Analyze data to provide insights into HR practices and make recommendations for enhancements 

5.    External Partnerships:
•    Network and collaborate with industry peers and participate in forums and conferences.
•    Engage with external consultants and vendors as required.

  • Work to establish and maintain the appropriate infrastructure and capability needed to support ongoing activity while being accountable for setting plans that meet Amdocs values and financial targets and are in accordance with local legislation and regulations
  • Be responsible for providing timely and professional response, proactively sharing information and keeping various contact channels open
  • Lead the team to excellent functioning and operation at its domain of expertise. You will achieve this by promoting efficient and effective work processes in order to assure the best experience to the users
  • Within HR, we promote collaboration and partnership with Business Support functions and optimally collaborate to ensure flawless HR operations across functions
