What is the purpose of this role?

  • Provide excellent customer service for Amway Business Owners (ABOs) to support them in building a successful Amway business.  
  • Handle enquiries and requests of ABOs, Customers and Prospects via different communication channels in direct conversations and in writing.
  • Enable a great customer experience by using, desktop procedures, department knowledge management system.

What you’ll do:

  • Work in a consultative and supportive manner with ABOs to manage their business needs
  • Managing customers’ business needs over the phone
  • Processing customers’ requests and updating data in the computer systems
  • Receiving and responding to questions related to products, promotions, orders, invoices, payments, returns, online platforms, incentives, terms and conditions (by using our knowledge management resources)
  • Generating innovative ideas and solutions that will improve customer satisfaction
  • Contributing to projects in various departments outside of regular responsibilities
  • Assisting other team members to leverage and develop their capabilities

  • Completed higher education 
  • Ability to handle stressful situations
  • Strong communication 
  • Customer-oriented skills, adaptable and flexible person
  • Self-starting personality, pro-active and self-motivated
  • Good objective setting and analytical skills
  • Ability to accurately evaluate documents
  • A team player, experienced in working in international teams and cross-functional teams
  • Fluent Ukrainian
  • English – intermediate (preferable)
  • At least 1 year of proven working experience in the customer service field 
  • Ability to work with MS Office tools (Word, Excel).
