Purpose of the role:

  • This role is responsible to lead the Partner Stores portfolio activities
  • Support ESAN Marketing on implementation of product and sales promotions, and business programs
  • Develop and/or execute fully integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns, programs, experiences, or promotions to support Amway brands/ products/programs
  • Contribute to the implementation of  promotional activities for ABOs and Customers
  • Support Customer Strategy Loyalty programs with project planning, implementation, training and report creation
  • Support in all administrative tasks related to Marketing Operations teams

 

What you’ll do:

  • Responsible for Partner Stores portfolio management, i.e. Partners engagement, handling partner stores activity calendars,  partner store offer updates, requests related to partner stores from cross functional stakeholders
  • Support in implementing initiatives and programs that build and enhance Amway’s marketing capabilities globally
  • Support strategy execution and programs that support the Amway Marketing Framework
  • Responsible for Promotions & Business Programs administrative & operational tasks, i.e. PPF & NIDB process
  • Responsible for Handling the internal stakeholders’ forums/committees related to promotions & business programs, i.e. monthly promotion/stakeholders meeting
  • Implement and monitor promotional activities for ESAN markets while working closely with internal stakeholders to gain alignment and reporting results and under supervision of the team and in collaboration with Performance marketing team
  • Support the enhancement of promotions, programs and other marketing initiatives in close collaboration with the superior
  • Contribute to the development and execution of short-term and mid-term product promotion plans (push and pull strategies) using supportive mechanics as discounts, gifts with purchase, product with purchase to increase sales
  • Support coordination and tracking of all projects on all aspects of product promotions & business programs from start to completion, managing timelines and deliverables
  • Manage the processes of briefing campaign materials, stakeholder review for approval, preparation and distribution 
  • Prepare reports and provide insights to support analytics and reporting in collaboration with Performance Marketing Team
  • Define and track key performance measures in collaboration with Performance Marketing Team
  • Coordinate and adjust offline and online communication/assets related to Promotions & Programs

 

What you’ll need: 

  • Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Business Administration or related field 
  • Minimum of 2+ years previous work experience preferred as a promotions planner or experience in other marketing disciplines.
  • Ideally direct selling experience and experience in the FMCG industry
  • Languages: Fluent in written and spoken English and any additional European languages are welcome
  • Demonstrate ability to adopt an integrated approach to marketing
  • Demonstrate creative flair within the marketing spectrum
  • Experienced in data analysis and planning systems
  • A team player, experienced in working with international teams and cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding and good use of PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • Self-reliant, proactive and highly motivated
  • Able to work under pressure and with deadlines
  • Ability to travel
