About the role

This position assists the Sites Managers and Viticulture Technicians with oversight, coordination, planning and technical expertise for Vineyard Operators based on corporate vineyards while also actively participating in operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Oversee vineyard operations and assist with planning.
• Manage vine health, irrigation, and machinery.
• Monitor team performance and data entry.
• Collaborate with regional teams and contractors.

What You’ll Bring:

• Viticulture experience and machinery operation skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Growsafe & Approved Handler Certificates (or willingness to obtain).
• Basic computer skills (iPads, emails, scheduling).
