What will your job look like?

• Manage all Project Management Office domains: Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Change, HR, Communication, Risk, Procurement and Integration
• Deliver defined project outcomes on time, within budget and with a high level of quality 
• Proactively manage risks and mitigations
• Present and explain project status and challenges to executives
• Build and own an effective and engaged multi-disciplinary project team to ensure efficient project delivery, usually in a matrix manner 
• Build the management of project resources (Amdocs, clients, and sub-contractors), ensuring that budget and scheduling constraints are adhered to.
• Align project with overall program policies, roadmap, constraints and plans. 
• Prioritize tasks and resolves issues/challenges.                                      

All you need is…

• 6 -8 years confirmed skills in project management domain, with at least 4 years hands of experience in leading at least one of the project management aspects, such as: schedule, budget, resources, risks, etc.
• Background and understanding Network – infrastructure, services and technologies (Ethernet, Broadband, transport, etc.) 
• Working knowledge of SAFe/ Agile DevOps methodology and preferably RTE SAFe certified
• Working experience in managing and facilitating Agile Release Trains (ART) or large-scale end to end programs. 
• Working experience with implementing PI planning events and monitoring progress throughout PI.
• Working experience managing and mitigating issues/bottlenecks/risks impacting the ART delivery – budget, prioritization, resource, etc. 
• Strong communication skills (oral and written) with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels (Senior leadership (SVP/AVP), Clients, Train, Scrum teams, etc.) 
• Working experience managing ART/program budget across the train and working with leadership and client to ensure delivery when budget challenges encountered.
• Advantage: Background in the OSS / Network domain
