The HRBP is a trusted advisor to the business leaders to build the organizational & individual capabilities and ensure effective decision making particularly related to the human capital assets of the business.

What will your job look like?

  • Partner with leaders to provide consultation on HR related topics (such as: workforce planning, cost competitiveness, performance management, talent & leadership management).
  • Drive, develop and execute the overall HR Strategy to address business challenges and needs, based on deep understanding of a full business “picture”.
  • Anticipate and plan for the effects of organization change, identify risks and develop action plans to ensure the changes succeed.
  • Ensure leadership continuity and development through succession planning and talent management processes. This involves collaboration with Learning Services and OD, ensure a balanced Learning Framework is established, to promote learning and knowledge development.
  • Promote an organization climate based on Amdocs Values and Code of Ethics, to deepen the implementation of these values and strengthen employee’s engagement.
  • Set up governance and process to utilize budget (salary revision, bonus, recognition, promotions, and performance management).
  • Manage the work force to include head count standardization work force planning and position management to assure effectiveness.
  • Lead and develop an HR Professional team, providing strategic direction and focus; and lead global HR projects and programs.

All you need is…

  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree + Specialization in HR Degree
  • 10+ years of experience in various HR Functions
  • Working with Global Teams in a Multi-Cultural Environment preferably in the high-tech industry and experience of working in a Matrix Organization can be an added advantage
  • Has led a team of HR Professionals
  • Sound knowledge of Recruitment to Release w.r.t. HR Processes
  • Knowledge about Regional / Local Labor Laws can be essential in some regions (e.g. EMEA)
  • Owning end to end HR projects, programs and processes
  • Specific to the HR CoE Lead Job: Project & global program management experience
