We are excited to invite applications for the position of Sr. Technology Associate  within

Our Advance Tech, Architecture & Analytics Team. Operating within the world’s leading Oral Care company, we are leveraging leading cloud based marketing technology to digitally connect.

Candidate needs to be a self-starter- eager to learn and leverage new technologies.

What role will you play as a member of the Colgate’s Information Technology team? 

This role will drive technological innovation and efficiency by researching, implementing, and optimizing advanced technologies solutions within our company’s operations and product development. 

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team to help realize our vision. The ideal candidate is very customer focused and can work well both independently and within a team.

Who are you? 

You are a Researcher:

• Conduct in-depth research to identify emerging technologies that can be leveraged to create competitive advantages for Colgate

• Evaluate the feasibility of new technologies for integration into existing systems and processes.

• Develop prototypes and proof-of-concept models to demonstrate the potential impact of new technologies.

• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, IoT, robotics, data analytics, and other relevant fields..

• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on research findings and project progress for senior management.

• Ensure compliance of implementations with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in technology deployment.

• Provide technical expertise and guidance on issues related to advanced technologies.

You are a Collaborator – 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of new technologies

• Foster a culture of innovation within the company and encourage the adoption of new technologies.

What you’ll need… 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering or similar degree

• 1 year experience with a focus on cloud computing and familiarity with cloud frameworks and services provided by AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or other major cloud providers.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

• Eagerness to continuously learn and adapt to new cloud technologies and frameworks as they evolve.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and solve complex technical challenges.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as customer relationship building skills

• Adapt to and work reliably with a variety of engagements and in high-reaching

• Strong organization and project management skills with the ability to manage sophisticated projects with many partners.

What you’ll need…(Preferred) 

• Proven experience in researching and implementing advanced technologies

• Experience with Gen AI technologies and frameworks
