Overview

The Accounting Analyst reports directly to the Team Leader, Manager or Director, depending upon the organizational structure.  These positions are non-exempt.    

Expectations:

Accounting analysts are expected to take a proactive role in supporting PCI. The Accounting Analyst is expected to build a high level of trust with internal and client personnel This trust is developed through consistently upholding PCI Values and demonstrating Honesty, Integrity, Pride, Accountability, Teamwork, and Commitment.

Responsibilities/ Assignments: 

 

Accounting Analyst I

  • Project setup in Astea and P21 
  • PO creation for third party vendors for service and parts
  • PO receiving when the vendor invoice has come in and enter in Astea as material
  • Create new Service Orders in Astea for employees quarterly
  • Timesheet reconciliation
  • Creation of requisition forms for internal purchases 

 

 

Accounting Analyst II (in addition to above)

 

  • Sales Order Invoicing in both P21 and Astea
  • Run Unbilled Project Reports,(UPRs) ICRs, and Project Summaries for manager review
  • UPS billing project assignation and expense reconciliation
  • Training of team members
  • Project Bill Rate and associate activity rate reviews  
  • Assist with troublesome AR collection issues

 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business related field
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
