Work as a specialist on the indirect team, responsible for understanding the scope and analyzing each supplier on a specific commodity.

Your Impact

• Specialist Buyer at AGCO should have responsibilities locally but aligned with global commodity Manager.
• Annual results, savings for AGCO sites, work cross functional and report initiatives of cost reduction aligned with global commodity Manager. Manage your suppliers.
• Identify and implement cost reductions for AGCO aligned with GCM and sites. Support all departments when necessary and work as a partner (as one AGCO).
• Manage commodity strategy together with team support.
• Receive demands from stakeholders and support. Support the transactional team on spot purchases.

Your Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3-5 years of experience in indirect purchasing, specifically within IT or commodity-oriented procurement.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, coupled with a solid understanding of technology.
• Familiarity with legal contracting is preferred.
