About The Role

 

We’re looking for a Junior Project Manager (HR Project Manager) to support the final stages of our ANZ payroll implementation as we transition to SAP Success Factors ECP. You’ll report directly to the Global Payroll & HR Systems Manager, whilst working closely with the ANZ payroll teams and our external implementation partner to keep things moving, solve problems, and ensure a smooth transition for our salaried & waged employees by the end of the year. 

 

This is a  Fixed Term Contract until the end of the year, ideally based in Adelaide.

Key Responsibilities include:

 

This hands-on, delivery focused role will:

  • Oversee the integration of payroll with time and attendance systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Act as the central point of contact for internal teams and external vendors, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Ensure adherence to legislative and internal payroll requirements across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Lead parallel testing, UAT, and data migration while maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
  • Coordinate go-live support, share lessons learned, and drive continuous improvement 

What You’ll Bring:

 

  • 3-5 yrs experience in HRIS project coordination/management, ideally familiar with SAP Success Factors, ECP, and Kronos
  • Strong understanding of payroll operations and compliance in Australia and New Zealand
  • Expertise in project management methodologies such as Agile or PRINCE2.
  • Excellentcommunication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to translate complex payroll processes into system requirements
  • A collaborative mindset, high attention to detail, and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
  • Experience working with external vendors and system implementation partners
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, plus adaptability to thrive through change
