About the role
The Talent Acquisition Business Partner is responsible for attracting top talent to the Accolade Wines business. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, this role will provide end to end recruitment on a range of roles across the business both in Australia and globally. There are also opportunities to support projects and work on continuous improvement initiatives to better the recruitment function.
You will be based in our beautiful Sydney offices, with our hybrid model allowing flexibility to work from home.
This role is a full-time 6 month contract with the view to extend.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support end-to-end global recruitment, including conducting briefs, advertising, screening, scheduling interviews, employment checks, and onboarding
- Provide consultation on vacancies for all roles and support creative sourcing strategies for challenging positions
- Assist in recruitment campaigns for high-volume or repeat vacancies.
- Ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Collaborate with stakeholders to determine suitable candidates, selection criteria and interview questions reflecting role requirements in accordance with market insights
- Build strong relationships across the business, supporting innovative sourcing strategies
- Support ongoing change initiatives while ensuring compliance with legislation and industry best practices
