Summary:

Design and develop software scripts to test real-time spacecraft flight software. Debug and diagnose software in a lab environment. Coordinate with engineering peers of other disciplines to develop software tests, support software integration activities and resolve software/hard issues. The candidate must work in a team setting but should be able to independently and efficiently manage their time to complete assignments in a dynamic, schedule-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Review and assess software requirements;
• Develop software test procedures and test verification scripts;
• Write test verification documentation for new and existing programs;
• Consult with various stakeholders to help ensure requirements are testable and fully verified;
• Perform other duties as assigned or required.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) is required.
• Must have knowledge of Perl.
• Should be able to review software requirements and develop software test scripts to verify those requirements.
