Our Exciting Opportunity

Become part of our collaborative, fast-paced, high-performance team working for a company that builds ground-breaking technology! We are now looking for student helper or intern (mandatory/voluntary) in the Customer Unit Western Europe to provide administrative support to the local Service Delivery Line Management. Part of the role is to contribute to internal project tasks and to coordinate activities in different projects in the administrative area and act as a specialist for the administrative support systems whenever needed. All above to optimize administrative efficiency, improve marketing presence and enable the line organization to focus on the core business.

You will

  • Develop and distribute Marketing Material for the local Core and Cloud team
  • Gather and update already established presentations and other information material and distribute accordingly
  • Distribute internal news and updates as well as other information e.g. organizational announcements
  • Handle requests/questions for administrative matters and support the local Leadership Team

To be successful in the role you must have

  • Recently enrolled as a Bachelor or Master-Student with affinity and interest for new technologies
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)
  • Proficiency in German and English both oral and written, any other European language will be an asset
  • Positive demeanor and eager to learn new things
  • Experience in Office Management or other organizational tasks are beneficial
  • Highly customer and service oriented with a consultative way of working
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • International and social competence will complete your profile
