Our Exciting Opportunity!

We are now looking for a Technical Solution Sales Manager to enable and support the KAM organization in CU Iberia with product, services and solution expertise on different levels in pre-sales, design, and delivery of customer projects. We want you to position Ericsson as a change, thought and technology leader. Secure that customer feedback is shared with R&D organization. Encompass end-to-end Sales Support accountability towards customers for our Networks and MS deals.

The portfolio and services scope encompasses different areas, among them, are: Networks, Products, Services and Managed Services.

You will

Play a key role in placing Ericsson as one of the leaders in technology, communicate and discuss Ericsson’s technology strategy and vision with customer CTO/CIO and direct reports.

Provide sales support expertise, conducts in-depth technical discussions with the customer and for specific deals, propose solutions covering business requirements and present to Regions and Customer.

We expect the person who joins us to contribute to the knowledge sharing, ensure the customer vision & strategy including implications on Ericsson’s equipment and solutions is communicated to the ones in need at Business Units, Group Function and Ericsson Research.

To be successful in the role you must have

  • Education: Bachelor of Business Administration, Telecommunication engineering or similar
  • Substantial in-field experience (7+ years) from Pre-sales / Sales / Solution Architecture in the Telecommunication Sector.
  • Thorough knowledge of the assigned area, domain experience: Radio, Transport, Services, and experience from working in the field with customers
  • Business Understanding, problem solving & out of the box thinking, and consultative Selling Skills, fluent across engagement models.
  • Financial Understanding.
