Departments: To be hired into the Interventional Cardiology or Peripheral Interventions departments.
Location(s): Maple Grove, MN
Duration: May or August – December 2025

Our Purpose:
Our Process Development team collaborates cross-functionally to develop manufacturing processes to create innovative, breakthrough next-generation medical devices. We partner with R&D on the front end of projects, innovate to determine how to make a design come to fruition and partner with Operations to launch live-saving devices into the market that improve and extend the lives of patients around the world.

Your Impact:
Examples of meaningful work by Process Development Co-op:

Design, fabricate and test prototype devices to address clinical feedback.

Conduct process characterization experiments and Process Validation to determine optimal settings to be used in device manufacturing.

Investigate and recommend new technology to be utilized to create medical devices
Qualifications:
-
Current Bachelor’s student in your Sophomore, Junior, Senior year, or grad student.

Pursuing degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Material Science or other related STEM field.

Must have authorization to work in the United States without restriction.

Ability to communicate effectively with diverse, cross-functional teams.

Passion to learn new technologies and find new solutions.

Previous internship or co-op experience is preferred but not required.
