MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

  • Administers all recruiting, requisition, and relocation.
  • Training and development management.
  • Consults with and advises management on employee relations issues and concerns.
  • Provide functional support and advice in performance management process. Ensure compliance with certain dates and generate reports about it.
  • Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of health and wellness campaigns.
  • Prepares peer reviews and compensation recommendations for job offers and promotions for Management review/approval.
  • Assists employees with understanding employee benefits, company policies, and other HR administered programs.
  • Assists managers with performance planning and performance reviews.
  • Conducts orientation for new employees.
  • Conducts exit interviews for departing employees.
  • Generate internal communications and ensure that all the employees are aware of all the news on time and in a correct way.
  • Organize and coordinate internal employee´s events.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5 – 8 years experience in HR
  • Language: Fluent English
  • High Education Degree
  • Experience with C-level internal clients
