Are you rigorous, excel in the consulting role and have relevant experience in instructional design?  Don't miss this opportunity! Reporting to the Competency Development Supervisor of the Cascades Talent Management Centre of Expertise, the designer will have the following responsibilities:

 

-Develop, conceptualize, plan and organize the content of the finance job family's training courses, in line with organizational and business priorities and according to the needs of individuals,

-Analyze the needs of financial and corporate business partners, evaluate the maturity of content and propose training and skills development solutions,

-Modernize and improve learning strategies in financial content, pedagogical approach and tool selection using best market practices to improve program effectiveness and efficiency while aligning them with operational realities,

-Popularize financial concepts, processes and tools to ensure knowledge transfer to partners,

-Analyze the results of financial training and proposals for updates and changes, make relevant recommendations and ensure implementation,

-Communicate and train users on changes and updates to training programs,

-Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to ensure the implementation of continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.

Desired experience

Bachelor's degree in education, human resources management, finance or a related field.

More than five (5) years of experience in instructional design, training or finance.

Additional information

The station can be located in Kingsey Falls or St-Bruno.

Occasional travel to our various business units is to be expected (20%).
