Job Summary:
 

This role is to maintain and enhance customer services by organizing and evaluating service and delivery systems and procedures and managing resources.
 

Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Ensure system and process enhancement through user requirement (UR) development to support for future Client need or request
  • Manage Policy Owner Servicing
  • Ensure Quality Assurance to the whole service touch points which might include but not limited to e mail, calls, and social media
  • Enhance payment experience through working with cross function and various business partner
  • Project delivery with other cross functions to provide the better process and service experience to both internal and external Clients which might include banks partners etc.
  • Develop and support the implement business projects
  • Policy administrative to support policy conservation program and other potential program require by the business
  • Ensure risk and compliance are aligned with business procedures and policies
  • Ensure the Training and Accreditation well conduct with high quality
  • Conduct Resource Planning base on the volume of workload
  • Develop and coach staff to build team capability 
     

Job Requirements:
 

  • Bachelor’s degree level education in business or similar field
  • At least 5 years of work experience of insurance operations
  • Proficient use of English and office computer
  • Possess analytical skill, communicative skill, customer service-oriented and interpersonal skill
  • Possess personal traits: initiative, self-driven, team player, high spirited, detailed and meticulous
