Summary
As a representative of Network and Technology Services (NTS) and in the role of Senior Technical Product Manager, the successful candidate will participate in various types of projects (transformation, new product/tool introduction and, non-standard complex solutions etc.) in order to ensure the successful implementation of the various systems. The candidate is to consider the big picture in alignment with the NTS Roadmap and IT programs.
NTS is looking for a bright-minded individual with solid business analysis skills who is capable of driving change while working through complex issues in an overall mandate to provide support to key members of the project/product development team.
Within the NTS team, the Senior Technical Product Manager will be part of a team responsible for the optimization and delivery of exciting NTS projects. The role will function as an interface with our Bell Business Markets teams as well as IT PO/experts working on project design and deployment with overall responsibilities and an opportunity to lead in the definition of solutions, creation of requirements, roadmaps, sequences, and overall end-to-end delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Represent the Network and Technology Services teams on system improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with colleagues and other business stakeholders to deliver various projects.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to define technically appropriate solutions that meet users’ requirements.
- Lead sessions and author business requirements and system features.
- Ensures the systems works well with each other with no gaps via building end to end flows.
- Support users to lead, plan, organize and implement the design and delivery of projects.
- Motivate the project team for discussions.
- Support users (BBM, IT POs, and Test Teams) through project lifecycle.
- Understand components in the NTS systems, and their respective responsibilities.
- Understand all roles involved in the project. In particular: end users, the project sponsor, QA etc.
- Work with and present to various management levels.
- Deliver on projects and data strategies that directly support key business drivers.

- Proven high performer with a minimum 3-5 years of related experience.
- Flexible and solutions-oriented with the ability to adapt to a complex, constantly evolving work environment.
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to take initiative with minimal guidance and be comfortable working both as an individual and as part of a team.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills with proven leadership capabilities and a strong commitment to personal development.
- Solid oral and written communication and presentation skills.
- Advanced MS Office skills, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- MS Visio skills with strong ability to document the interaction between systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A demonstrated ability to deliver results with particular strengths in:
- Organizational skills.
- An ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the field of telecommunications (Network, 5G, MEC, Cloud and IoT domains)
- Certification or recognized training in Business Analysis.
- Experience in Telecommunications
