Job Summary

This role will serve as dedicated HR Intelligence and Analytics specialist.

The incumbent will be responsible to collect business requirements and translate them into standard and custom reports, by leveraging on internal and external HR data sources. This role will be responsible of producing reports and advanced HR analytics to drive HR related business decisions at all levels.

It is expected that this role will support segmented and targeted initiatives oriented to improve employee attraction, retention, engagement, development, succession, etc.



  • Apply technical expertise to extract, validate, verify, maintain, update, tidy up, use and analyse HR related data for meaningful reporting and insights
  • Build standard and custom HR reports and deploy them to multiple stakeholders
  • Build HR Data Visualizations and dashboards and deploy them to multiple stakeholders
  • Build and test data models using statistical principles that help explain, predict and support HR related business decisions
  • Translate data findings into succinct, actionable business insights in coordination with internal key stakeholders and partners across the businesses and HR
  • Support special projects and initiatives that seek to improve HR process efficiencies thought automations
  • Advocate and enforce data security, integrity and governance principles
  • Constantly educate and support internal consumers of HR reports and analytics



  • Education – Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
  • Experience – 5-10 years of demonstrable relevant working experience doing business intelligence, analytics & insights
  • Special skills –
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving
    • Data Base Querying
    • Data visualizations (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, PRISM)
    • Statistical coding visualization (e.g. R, Python)
    • Advanced MS Office skills
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to distil and present actionable information from complex research
    • Critical thinking skills in formulating hypotheses, interpreting results, and being able to make educated guesses when data may be sparse or unavailable
    • Ability to work autonomously and support large scale projects in fast paced organizations
    • Intellectual curiosity and ability to handle high levels of ambiguity
    • Customer Service orientation
    • Having Workday experience is preferred
