The Role

Responsible for running several pre-billing audits monthly while decomping incoming disputes related to Audit and provide root cause for the occurrence of the same. Provide suggestions for audits to prevent disputes and ensure billing accuracy.

The Main Responsibilities
  • Responsible for day to day audit functions.
  • Ensure prebill audits are conducted across all bill cycles.
  • Decomp incoming disputes and provide root cause.
  • Suggest new audits to increase audit coverage in areas that are deficient which is determined by dispute decomps.
  • Work with Manager to ensure that billing accuracy objectives are achieved.
What We Look For in a Candidate
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Science or equivalent in training and education.
  • Three plus years in Telecom Billing Operations.
  • Must have basic SQL skills.
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Must demonstrate ability to decomp audits to be highly effective to catch billing defects.
  • Ability to listen to others and effectively communicate.
  • Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
