Your Position:

  • Facilitating Scrum events as requested or needed.
  • Removing impediments to the Development Team’s progress.
  • Coaching the Development Team in self-organization and cross-functionality.
  • Collaborate with other scrum masters across Product family to improve the methodologies’ efficiency and drive scrum objectives.
  • Introduce and support inclusion of XP Practices
  • Helping team and stakeholders understand and enact Scrum and empirical product development
  • Act as a servant leader for the team.
  • Tracks and Monitors metrics for the team
  • Closely work with PO to promote and establish techniques for:-
    • Effective Product Backlog management
    • Ensure Product Backlog items are clear and concise.
    • Product planning in an empirical environment
    • Backlog Prioritization to maximize value
    • Facilitates and drive IT Modernization journey plan of action on Agile Sphere for scrum team
  • Delivery Experience of complete software development with latest engineering practices like TDD, pair programming, DevOps concepts to name a few.
  • Knowledge of Equipment Finance Business
  • Experience in working on Customer Facing applications
  • Experience in managing deliveries
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM or PSM)
  • Strong working experience in Scrum and Agile processes
  • Skill in interpersonal communication, negotiation and conflict resolution.
  • Demonstrated work experience in a team environment
  • Strong teaching/mentoring skills especially for teams that are new to scrum processes.

Degree in an Information Technology discipline or equivalent experience. – University Degree (4 years or equivalent)
